Each box will contain 1 Leaf Candle Co. candle from our La Luna Collection. Over your 6 month subscription, you will be able to experience our whole collection of 6 scents. Your box may contain candles from our core range or limited edition flavours.

Want to set and forget?
With this option, you can pay upfront, plus you'll receive $10 off the total cost of the subscription. You'll receive a delivery each month for 6 months and the monthly shipping cost has been included in your subscription. Perfect as a gift or to treat yourself.

Pay by the month
You'll be charged $38 each month for 6 months on the same day of the month as your first payment, however you may cancel at any time. The monthly shipping cost has been included in your subscription.

SOLSTICE

Inspired by: A magical solstice night in Kyoto.

SANCTUARY 

Inspired by: A tranquil walk through the bush just after a rainstorm in Kyneton.

Experience the incredible native Australian flora from the comfort of your home with Sanctuary. Take a walk through the Australian bush after a rainstorm: an incredibly fresh & invigorating scent with notes of eucalyptus, lemon myrtle, sandalwood & a hint of peppermint.


GOLDEN

Inspired by: The glowing sunset on Marissa beach.

Juicy mango and citrus notes are complemented by the smooth, subtle undertones of blonde woods. This uplifting and invigorating scent will transport you to the golden hour on a tropical beach, filling your space with the radiant energy of a summer evening.

EMBER

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you have selected to pay by the month, you may cancel at any time after you receive your first subscription box. If you have pre-paid for your subscription you will be unable to cancel your subscription.

When will I receive my candles?

Your subscription will be sent out monthly on the same day as you initially purchased your subscription (eg: if you began your subscription on the 14th, your candles will be dispatched to you on the 14th of each subsequent month of your subscription) If that day happens to fall on a weekend or public holiday, your candles will be dispatched on the next business day. If you’d like the subscription to begin on a different date to the date you purchased, please add that to your order notes and we will look after it for you (eg: if you’re giving the subscription as a gift and would like to tell the recipient before they receive their first delivery).

How much is postage?

Standard shipping is included within the cost of all subscriptions, so there is nothing extra to pay.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Unfortunately at this time we only ship within Australia.

I’ve changed address, can I change my delivery address?

Yes! If your postal address changes during the course of your subscription please email us as at tracy@leafcandleco.com.au and we will be able to help you out.

What if I don't like the candles I receive?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on our subscription candles. Not everyone is going to love the flavours we pick out, however the great thing about candles is that they make the perfect gift. If you get one that just isn't you, hold on to it to give as a gift for the next occasion you have.

This is a gift, can I add a note to be included with the delivery?

Absolutely! We add a hand-written note with each order, so if you'd like us to write something special, please put it into the order notes and we'll make sure your well-wishes are passed on.

All Leaf Candle Co. candles are hand poured in small batches in Melbourne. To get the most out of your Leaf Candle Co. candle, make sure you give your candle some love & follow the candle care instructions below.

  • The first time you use your candle, burn it for long enough for the wax to melt right to the edges of the tin. Depending on the size of the candle, this may vary from 2-4hrs.
  • Trim your wick to 5mm in between each burn to prevent smoking and sooting. Ensure your candle has cooled to room temperature before trimming your wick.
  • Do not leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep your candle out of reach of children and pets when lit.
  • Avoid burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. This ensures the flame doesn't become too large or hot, and can help to extend the life of your candle.
  • Always burn your candle on a stable, heat resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable objects.
  • Keep out of direct sunlight. Some fragrance oils contain vanillin, which can discolour in the sunlight. This does not affect the scent throw or functionality of your candle.

Shipping

We ship our candle orders via Australia Post or Sendle.

Free postage for all orders within Australia over $70, or a flat rate of $8 for standard shipping for orders within Australia under $70.

We also offer an Express Post option for a flat rate of $14 which can be selected at checkout.

We aim to process all orders within 3-7 business days. Custom made products will be shipped within 5-7 days of your order. Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive if you've selected standard shipping.

You will receive your tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer delivery outside of Australia.

 

Returns

We carefully package your candles for postage, but if something does arrive damaged, please email a photo to hello@leafcandleco.com.au, and we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If the scent you have chosen is not to your liking, we will happily exchange your purchase for another of our lovely scents. Exchanges will only be accepted if you contact us within 14 days of purchase. The candles must be returned in unused condition at your own shipping expense. If there is damage to the packaging or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange.

  2. Post your candles to Leaf Candle Co. PO BOX 46, Pascoe Vale South VIC 3044.
  3. Once we receive your parcel, we will send out the exchange product with free shipping.
